✅When Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You received a wrong item in your order.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your package had missing items.

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.

To qualify, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.

🚫 Refunds Are Not Applicable If:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You ordered the wrong product.

  • The product has been used or opened.

  • You raise a complaint after 48 hours of delivery.

  • You experience a skin reaction (results vary person to person).

💳 Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If paid by COD, we may offer store credit or bank transfer.

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Verification of the issue.

  • Approval by our support team.

  • In some cases, return of the original product.

We do not offer refunds for used, opened, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
